This Agreement is entered into between mzhost (“mzhost”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the user of any mzhost.com services and/or products (“you” or “your”), including your employees, agents, or any person authorized to act on your behalf.
The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions governing your purchase, access, and use of mzhost.com services, including initial orders, renewals, upgrades, and termination.
1. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement and any services at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
2. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information within five (5) days of any changes. Failure to do so, or provision of false or misleading information, may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following:
a. Sending unsolicited or bulk emails (spam) without prior authorization.
b. Distributing offensive, abusive, illegal, or harmful content.
c. Violating intellectual property rights.
d. Misrepresenting identity or origin of communications.
e. Violating applicable export/import laws.
f. Unauthorized access to systems or networks.
g. Distributing malware or harmful code.
h. Any activity deemed abusive or illegal by mzhost, including hacking, piracy, or similar conduct.
5. Security Violations: Any attempt to compromise system or network security is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
6. Resource Usage: Excessive use of CPU, bandwidth, or storage is prohibited. Public DNS resolvers and unauthorized account sharing are not allowed and may result in suspension.
7. Network Abuse: You may not use our services for activities such as DDoS attacks, packet flooding, mail bombing, or operating open proxies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts causing instability to our network.
8. Free Services Restriction: You may not resell or provide free hosting, email, or similar services using your account without our written permission.
9. Account Security & Backups: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and backups of your data. mzhost is not liable for data loss or unauthorized access.
10. Software License: Any software provided by mzhost is licensed, not sold. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute it. All software is provided “as is” without warranty.
11. Hosting Services: Services are provided according to your selected plan and billing cycle. Accounts automatically renew unless canceled. You are responsible for retrieving your data prior to cancellation.
12. Legal Use: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in illegal or prohibited activities.
13. Pricing: Prices are subject to change at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
14. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account. In case of disputes (e.g., ownership issues), we reserve the right to suspend the account until resolution.
15. Usage Limits: Shared hosting accounts may not use more than 25% of system resources for extended periods. Accounts exceeding limits may be suspended or required to upgrade.
16. Third-Party Content: You are responsible for any third-party content or advertising on your account. Violations may result in suspension.
17. Domain Terms: Free domains remain the property of mzhost unless transferred for a fee. Paid domains are owned by you. Renewal and redemption fees apply as stated on our website.
18. Payments & Refunds: All payments are due at the time of order. We offer a 30-day refund policy for eligible hosting services. No refunds apply to domains, SSL certificates, dedicated servers, or add-ons.
19. Billing: Services renew automatically based on your billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
20. Affiliate Program:
a. One-time commissions.
b. Commission varies based on referrals.
c. Paid after 45 days of active service.
21. Currency & Taxes: All payments are processed in USD. Taxes (including VAT) may apply based on your location.
22. Limitation of Liability: Services are provided “as is” without warranties. mzhost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or downtime.
23. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold mzhost harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your use of our services.
24. Termination: You must submit cancellation requests before your next billing date. Failure to do so may result in renewal charges.
25. Notices: You are responsible for maintaining valid contact information for receiving notices.
26. Legal Capacity: You confirm that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement.
27. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and mzhost.
28. No Partnership: This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
29. Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
30. Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
31. Assignment: You may not transfer your account without our consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts involved in unauthorized transfers.
32. Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
33. Additional Policies: By using our services, you agree to our Acceptable Use Policy.
34. Entire Agreement: This Agreement represents the complete agreement between the parties.
